08E___ Tom Costello Classic, How To Enter

Please enter early, avoid the late fee, and help us be more organized and relaxed on the day of the tournament. There are so many forms to fill out, and they are all new this year; we'd really appreciate advance entries or completed paperwork on the day of the tournament.

Class C

The USA Waterski Tournament Entry form can be found in the guidebook or here, http://www.usawaterski.org/pages/TournKit/AWSA/Chief Registrar/AWSA Entry Form.PDF. There is now a second form to fill out, a release, one for adults and one for minors, http://www.usawaterski.org/graphics/downloads/Adult-Minor Event Waiver.pdf. Send us a copy of your membership card. Indicate any officials qualifications that you have, please.

GrassRoots (FUN) Class

For new skiers that would like to participate in the Fun Class, please see the Registration section of this web page, http://www.usawaterski.com/pages/TournKit/Grassroots/Tournament%20Kit.htm, and fill out 3 or 4 forms as needed.

Fill out the Tournament Entry Form, Skier Biography and Adult-Minor Event Waiver, If you are not an "active" USA WaterSki 3-event member, please also fill out the Guest Membership Application.

Send newcomer's rate of $20 (payable to Green Mountain Water Skiers) plus $10 USA WaterSki guest membership fee (payable to USA WaterSki, if applicable) prior to Aug. 20. Add $5 late fee if mailed later or paid on-site.

New skiers, bring your own ski and life vest, gloves if desired. If you do not own a handle you may borrow one. We have extra guidebooks if you would like one.

Juniors are also discounted to $20. Late fee applies for all late entries.
